Craniosacral Therapy
50 Minutes | $100
Craniosacral therapy is a gentle, hands-on practice that supports the body’s natural healing processes.
Using a light touch, generally no more than the weight of a nickel, craniosacral therapy helps release tension patterns held deep in the nervous system. It can be especially supportive for those navigating post-traumatic stress, anxiety, depression, and other somatic conditions rooted in chronic stress or overwhelm.
Sessions include 50 minutes of bodywork and an optional flower essence for integration. Flower essences are an additional cost, ranging from $39 to $55.

What does a session look like?
During a session, you'll lie fully clothed on a massage table in a comfortable space. Soft music will be playing for relaxation. I’ll use light, sustained touch (often no more than the weight of a nickel) at key areas like your head, spine, sacrum, or feet. The intention is to listen, not to fix or manipulate, your body in settling, unwinding, and reorganizing itself from within.
The session time is 50 minutes. Towards the end, with your consent, I may light some palo santo or other smoke incense to clear the space.
The pace is slow, intentional, and attuned to you. There’s no pressure to talk unless something arises that you’d like to share. My role is to offer a safe, grounded presence so your system can do what it knows how to do; heal.

How does craniosacral feel?
Many people describe the experience as deeply calming or meditative. You might notice sensations like warmth, tingling, twitching, or other soft waves of emotional release. Some clients feel subtle shifts, others feel profound stillness. Every session is unique, and your body leads the way.
-
What are sessions "good for?"
Craniosacral therapy can be especially supportive for:
Chronic tension or pain
Nervous system dysregulation
Trauma recovery
Sleep disturbances
Emotional overwhelm
Feeling “stuck” or disconnected
What is a flower essence?
Flower essences are a subtle and non-psychoactive form of plant medicine. They are a vibrational remedy that captures the essence of flowers for energetic support.
Flower essences work in harmony with the body’s acupuncture meridians to support our release of subconscious beliefs and emotional patterns. Essences are taken by mouth, and especially support integration after experiences related to trauma, shock, anxiety, or emotional numbing.
Essences can be added to any craniosacral session for an additional charge ranging from $39-$55.

Craniosacral sessions are separate from therapy sessions. These hands-on and energetic practices are not a replacement for mental health therapy—but they can be a powerful ally. While traditional therapy offers insight, language, and cognitive integration, modalities like Craniosacral Therapy, Reiki, and flower essences meet the body where words often cannot go.
For those navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, or long-held emotional tension, these sessions can support the process of de-armoring—allowing the body to soften, process, and feel integrated again.

Ultimately, the amount of sessions you’d like to engage in are completely up to you. And, craniosacral therapy is a cumulative therapy, meaning the more you receive it, the more integrated your results will be.
In general, I recommend coming in for a session every 2-4 weeks. For more chronic conditions, consider weekly and longer term.
