EMDR & IFS Therapy
50-Minutes | $125
EMDR & IFS therapy are two bottom-up forms of therapy that focus on how our bodies hold stress, emotions, and past experiences so we can move forward. If you're carrying the weight of early neglect, trauma, or always being “the strong one,” this is a space where your needs matter.
This work is for you if you’ve tried traditional talk therapy and feel like you’ve plateaued. You may resonate with this work if you’re an adult navigating hypervigilance, burnout, a major life transition, geriatric mental health, or the lasting impacts of relational trauma, neglect, and emotionally unavailable caregivers.
-
Having difficulty moving on from something that happened in the past? EMDR is a somatic-based therapy that can help us heal from those distressing memories. By using guided eye movements, we reduce the distress linked to these memories, offering us emotional ease in the present.
-
Ever notice how the parts of you that feel angry, sad, or alone seem to be running the show at times? IFS helps us integrate and embrace all parts of ourselves, creating greater self-acceptance, emotional healing, and deeper relationships.
-
For learning to regulate your nervous system during times of challenge. We’ll explore regulation techniques like mindfulness, nature connection, breathwork, somatic exercises, guided imagery, grounding, and relaxation.

The duration of therapy varies for each person and is influenced by several factors, including the nature of your concerns, your goals for therapy, and the progress we make together.
This is a collaborative process, and we will regularly review our work to ensure that it aligns with your needs. Some people find that they achieve their goals in a relatively short amount of time, while others benefit from a more extended therapeutic relationship.
Ultimately, the decision about the duration of therapy is yours, and we can discuss and adjust our approach as needed throughout our time together.
