Virtual EMDR & IFS Therapy
50-Minutes | $125
Please note that my practice is currently full, and I do not accept insurance.
When openings become available, consultation appointments can be scheduled directly through the website. If no scheduling option is visible, it means I am not accepting new clients at this time.
EMDR & IFS therapy are two bottom-up forms of therapy that focus on how our bodies hold stress, emotions, and past experiences so we can move forward. If you're carrying the weight of early neglect, trauma, or always being “the strong one,” this is a space where your needs matter.
This work is for you if you’ve tried traditional talk therapy and feel like you’ve plateaued. You may resonate with this work if you’re an adult navigating hypervigilance, burnout, a major life transition, geriatric mental health, or the lasting impacts of relational trauma, neglect, and emotionally unavailable caregivers.
-
Having difficulty moving on from something that happened in the past? EMDR is a somatic-based therapy that can help us heal from those distressing memories. By using guided eye movements, we reduce the distress linked to these memories, offering us emotional ease in the present.
-
Ever notice how the parts of you that feel angry, sad, or alone seem to be running the show at times? IFS helps us integrate and embrace all parts of ourselves, creating greater self-acceptance, emotional healing, and deeper relationships.
-
For learning to regulate your nervous system during times of challenge. We’ll explore regulation techniques like mindfulness, nature connection, breathwork, somatic exercises, guided imagery, grounding, and relaxation.
Scope of Our Work
This work may be right for you if:
You've spent years in traditional talk therapy and feel ready for a different approach.
You're open to meeting difficult emotions with patience, compassion, and a gentle pace.
You're curious about how your past lives in your body, and less interested in analyzing the stories of your mind.
You have a basic self-care routine in place and feel able to support yourself between sessions.
You are interested in moving forward, and not spending so much time circulating about the past.
This work may not be for you if:
You're looking for a quick fix or are seeking endless coping skills.
You want someone to tell you what to do about your emotions, rather than learning to look within for your own answers.
You're uncomfortable with feeling your emotions and expect someone else to fix them for you.
You're primarily looking to vent about issues, rather than exploring and shifting deeply held patterns.
You're only available for monthly sessions. Please note: I only work with clients who are able to commit to weekly or biweekly sessions.

The duration of therapy varies for each person and is influenced by several factors, including the nature of your concerns, your goals for therapy, and the progress we make together.
This is a collaborative process, and we will regularly review our work to ensure that it aligns with your needs. Some people find that they achieve their goals in a relatively short amount of time, while others benefit from a more extended therapeutic relationship.
Ultimately, the decision about the duration of therapy is yours, and we can discuss and adjust our approach as needed throughout our time together.
